The Ignite program is designed to provide comprehensive Amazon setup services, and while we strive for the best outcomes, the following refund policies apply:

Non-Refundable Portion:
40% of the total program fee is non-refundable under any circumstance. This covers initial services, resources, and administrative costs.

Partial Refunds:
If Amazon declines your application or enforces restrictions that prevent completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress completed at SellerSlice’s discretion.

Client-Initiated Termination:
If the client decides to stop the program midway, no refunds will be issued. This includes situations where the client becomes unresponsive or chooses not to proceed further.

Outside Circumstances:
Refunds will not be granted for delays, declines, or outcomes resulting from factors beyond our control, such as Amazon policy changes or issues with product type eligibility.

All or Nothing:
Refunds will not be issued for partially completed deliverables if the client opts to discontinue collaboration or fails to provide required materials for successful project completion.
